REGISTRATION
To register for a course, please use the Contact form below. Please provide the following information in the submission:
- Course name for which you are registering
- Course location and dates for which you are registering
- Your agency's name
- Name of person(s) who will be attending the course
- Email addresses for the person(s) who will be attending the course
- Point of contact for making payment (name and email address)
Submitting the registration in the Contact form below does not guarantee a spot in the course; it is simply a request to register for the course. Once your submission is received, a member of our organization will reach out to you and provide additional information and confirm your spot in the course if there are still seats available. An invoice or W-9 may be provided to your agency upon request. Payment does not need to be made at the time of registration. Payment may be made via check, credit card, or debit card.
To host a course at your own agency, please use the Contact form below and provide the name and address of the hosting agency, the course(s) you are interested in hosting, and a general timeframe of when you would like to hold the class (exact dates are not needed at this time). A member of our organization will reach out to you for follow up.
